An encouragement gift book for expectant moms-to-be.
Reading to babies in the womb is the best preliteracy vitamin to the 100th power!
I am a witness with my own now grown children and twin grandsons.
My twin grandboys were 5 years old when they read these Christmas poems at church. They've been reading since they were about 18 months old. I believe that preliteracy starts before a baby is born, not after. I read to my 2 grown children in the womb and they were both reading at about 2 years old and I encouraged my daughter to do the same.
I am a testament that it works.
The youngest of my twin grandboys is reading about Dr. Martin Luther King from flashcards that they use for Homeschooling lessons. They also love to read them to each other just for fun during playtime. (He had 2 missing teeth in the front so some of the words are not quite clear, lol).
